60TPH Reverse Osmosis System
60TPH Reverse Osmosis System
1.Project Background
In the process of steel production, a large amount of oily wastewater is generated, which contains emulsified oil, suspended solids, heavy metal ions, and various organic compounds. Direct discharge not only causes water resource waste, but also seriously pollutes the environment. In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, and to improve the efficiency of water resource utilization, this project aims to design and implement a 60 ton/hour (60TPH) steel oily wastewater reuse reverse osmosis system, which converts oily wastewater into clean production water and achieves the recycling of water resources.
2. Project objectives
Processing scale: The system is designed to have a processing capacity of 60 tons/hour, meeting the daily oily wastewater treatment needs of steel enterprises.
Outlet water quality: Through reverse osmosis technology, oil, suspended solids, heavy metals, and organic matter in wastewater are effectively removed. The outlet water quality meets or exceeds industrial water standards and can be directly reused for cooling, flushing, and other processes in steel production.
Energy conservation and emission reduction: Through efficient water treatment processes, reduce wastewater discharge, lower water resource consumption, and minimize energy consumption and carbon emissions caused by wastewater treatment.
Economic benefits: After the implementation of the project, it will significantly reduce the company's water expenses, improve water resource utilization efficiency, and enhance the company's market competitiveness.
3. System composition
Pre-processing unit: including oil-water separator, coagulation sedimentation tank, sand filter, activated carbon filter, etc., used to remove large suspended particles, emulsified oil and some organic matter in wastewater, providing suitable inlet conditions for subsequent reverse osmosis treatment.
Reverse osmosis unit: The core treatment process uses high-performance reverse osmosis membrane components to deeply desalinate and de oil the pre treated wastewater, ensuring that the effluent quality meets the standard.
Post-processing unit: including ultraviolet sterilizer or ozone generator, used to kill microorganisms in the effluent and ensure water quality safety.
Control system: Achieve automated operation of the entire system, including real-time monitoring and adjustment of parameters such as inlet flow rate, pressure, water quality, etc., to ensure stable and efficient operation of the system.
4. Performance
Water quality improvement: After treatment, the water quality is clear and transparent, meeting or exceeding industrial water standards, and can be directly reused in steel production.
Resource conservation: After the implementation of the project, it is expected to save a large amount of fresh water resources and reduce water expenses.
Environmentally friendly: Reduce wastewater discharge, alleviate environmental pollution.
Economic benefits: By efficiently utilizing water resources, reducing production costs, and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
The implementation of the reverse osmosis system project for the reuse of 60TPH steel oily wastewater is of great significance for improving the water resource utilization efficiency, reducing environmental pollution, and enhancing the competitiveness of steel enterprises. Through advanced water treatment technology and scientific process flow, this project will contribute to the green and sustainable development of the steel industry.
