2.Working Principle

The working principle of tubular ultrafiltration equipment is based on ultrafiltration membrane technology, i.e., at room temperature, through a certain pressure and flow rate, utilizing asymmetric microporous structure and semi-permeable membrane media, relying on the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane as the driving force, and filtration in the form of staggered flow. When the material liquid flows through the inner lumen of the membrane tube, the permeate flows out radially through the membrane and the porous support layer, and is discharged through the permeate outlet hole on the cylinder side after pooling.

High flux: Tubular membrane has excellent strength and working pressure, even if direct filtration of biochemical sewage with activated sludge concentration as high as 40g/L, the membrane flux is still as high as 80~140L/m²-h.

Resistant to clogging: large inner diameter of the membrane tube and larger diameter of the flow channel can deal with the suspension containing large particles, and is suitable for sewage and high turbidity material without pre-filtration.

Easy to clean: easy to chemical and mechanical cleaning, with the help of sponge ball or slender rod in the lumen of the movement of the membrane surface cleaning.
